Last summer, I bought myself a new desk using the money I'd made selling my old things on eBay and Depop.

Laptop
This is one of those things I move around quite frequently, so I'll often take it downstairs and blog in front of the tv, or move onto my bed for comfort. I'm currently using an ASUS laptop, which inside looks similar to a MacBook. I'm looking to buy a MacBook Air in the near future.

Make Up
My desk also doubles up as a dressing table, so I always keep some make up stashed on my desk so I don't have to sit on the floor by my big mirror. I'll bring in my small mirror to use every day, but there's not enough space to keep it there all the time.

Coaster
I love a cup of coffee while I'm blogging or doing work, but to save it burning my desk, I always keep a coaster down. I made this one myself a few years ago, and I love the colours and floral design against the white desk.

Bullet Journal
This is something I use regularly, so I'll leave it out for convenience!

Weekly Planner
I recently bought this in John Lewis (you'll find this on my What I Bought In Birmingham post). Ever since, I've sworn by it. I like to organise my weekly plans with it, so I'll add some to-do lists, my plans for the week (e.g. work, appointments, when I'm meeting friends, or some shopping lists).

Candle
This corner of my room does get quite dark at times, so I keep a candle on my desk which I'll light when it becomes too dark, to save turning the light on.
